Working out of the midtown Manhattan office, our client seeks a Client Services Manager

Job Description:
  • Prioritize and manage work in process (timing)
  • Manage price quotes for house accounts and COD’s
  • Assist accounting in pricing house/COD jobs and ensure quote accuracy
  • Ensure errors are logged
  • Dress code compliance
  • Time clock compliance (manage time clock punch)
  • Outsource job process (complete/deliver/bill)
  • Ensure proof sent follow up
  • Ensure on hold follow up
  • Handle payroll distribution
  • Handle client issues as they arise
  • Manage delivery times
  • Ensure/negotiate express time process and charges
  • Monitor incoming email
  • Update Google docs for house/COD accounts
  • Maintain COD process
  • Maintain proof process
  • Maintain truck delivery process
  • Ensure QC process with production
  • Schedule time with production on large projects
  • Escalate issues to management
  • Manage pick up/delivery screen on Vipar
  • Hold monthly meetings with CS staff and sales team
  • Attend monthly meetings with President and Director of Sales
 
Qualifications/Skills:
 
  • Knowledge of the digital print and pre-press process (5-7 years as a manager in print business)
